Welcome
Hello and welcome to my website. Here is how I can help you achieve your goals.
I am a former teacher, swimming coach and top hockey player, so I can relate to the strains and stresses of daily life.
I have 11 years’ experience as a fully qualified personal trainer and more recently I qualified as a sports, soft-tissue and deep tissue massage therapist.
My expertise lies in detecting postural imbalances that could cause one-off, or recurring aches and pains. I perform range of movement assessments through joints to determine muscle imbalances that can result in movement and muscle discomforts or pains. This gives an overall view of the whole area, and it will then enable me to devise treatment tailor-made to your specific needs.
Combining my Degree in Human Movement Science as well as Diplomas in Personal Training and in Sports Massage Therapy, I can give you the best possible outcomes of your treatment. Together we will work on a plan to help you get back on track, with a view to overall improved physical health and wellbeing.
Please feel free to browse the various pages that will allow you to decide how I will be best able to help you.

Testimonials
Mandy has saved me on more than one occasion! She truly has hands of gold! She is very thorough and professional in her pre massage assessment and she checks in with you throughout the whole process to make sure she’s applying just the right amount of pressure that’s comfortable and efficient at the same time. I always leave her sessions feeling less tense/more relaxed and with tangible progress on the muscles she has worked. I definitely recommend her!
